A mentor is a person that provides support to another person through guidance, and the knowledge that comes with experience. A mentor focuses on the performance of the individual as a whole, and helps to improve their quality of life on a personal and impact level. They offer support for the interval’s growth in their daily life, and provides challenges in order to help the person over come obstacles and fears. If you are in need of a change in your life, and have specific goals that seem to be out of reach, a life coach mentor can assist you in getting on track.
Organization and a better quality of life is your biggest goal, and you can start on the path to achieving this by starting out small. Begin by choosing a few smaller goals, and with the help of your coach, you can start conditioning yourself to leading a progressive and satisfying way of life. Giving it your all is not something that the coach can provide for you, it is your active decision to change your routine. They merely provide the tools and knowledge to set you up for success.
Getting to know your coach on a personal level is the only way to ensure an effective change. You wouldn’t listen to a stranger on the street over the advice of a close friend, and in that same way you should make your mentor’s advice count, and apply their wisdom to your life in every way possible.
