Very good points, and well composed. I do believe in moderation. Too many people want too much…too fast..and with too little effort. Your points about the extremes of each side are very true. People should ask if they are doing all they can to be THEIR best…not THE best!

moderation is the key, indeed.. but how can we be moderate when there are unavoidable external factors which would cause as human beings to be sometimes not in a moderate state? (just a thought, though)
