How to feel better each Monday morning?

I just got up and feel like going back to bed. The only reason I feel this way is because is Monday morning. I truly believe that the reason most people do not like Monday mornings is because they have heard awful things about this day.

When I feel like going back to bed on a Monday morning, these are the things I say to myself. Hopefully by you reading them, you will feel better too.

  1. Be happy! It is Monday morning and you are alive!
  2. Today is going to be a wonderful day!
  3. Get ready!  A beautiful day is waiting for you.
  4. Look outside! The world needs for you.
  5. It is Monday morning and you have a job. Many people would like to be in your situation.
  6. Another day, another chance to win the lottery.
  7. Who knows? Maybe today you will meet your soul mate!
  8. Life is full of great surprises. There is the possibility, that this Monday morning, something extraordinary happen to you.

In other words, just think positive and live the day with a smile on your face!
