My List of Positive Joys

What are yours?

I know the great importance of focusing on the positive things in life. Everything matters and when you focus on the positive, you will double the positive things that come into your life. It’s a simple equation that will bring you all the joy, success and dreams that fill your heart and mind.

So, I wanted to share some of the things that make me happiest in life!

  1. Love.

While no one person’s actions are perfect. Love, is perfect. It is that warming feeling you feel from anyone who smiles at you; tries to lift you higher and truly offers you a gesture of kindness, warmth and understanding. “All you need is love.”

  2. Nature.

The infinite healing powers of nature are far reaching. A simple stroll along a peaceful hiking trail can do wonders for your sense of well being. Watching a gentle stream or taking in the various brilliant wildflowers that bloom around you can be one of the greatest energy and spirit lifters around. Chipmunks, deer, jack rabbits and other of Mother Nature’s miraculous gifts can keep you company along the way if you choose to take a solitary hike.

  3. Art.

Any creative expression of beauty, feelings, and the human spirit is one of the greatest ways that we can connect with people from all over the world. The more that I share the work of others and they share mine, the more connected I feel and the greater my spirits soar. I know that the beauty that I feel in my heart in the world is a part of everyone and this helps me sometimes when my spirits need lifting. Remembering that there are so many beautiful people in this world who only want to do good things in this world, rekindles my spirits, my heart and my faith.

  4. Trusting my instincts.

With time I have learned to trust my instincts more. As I do this more and more effectively, I have been finding that I am only getting the best things in life. I am receiving beauty and love and kindness. I am eliminating all the things in life that bring me down when I trust my intuition. The life of your dreams is possible. It is coming true everyday. Keep trusting it. Keep believing in the beauty of your heart and dreams.

  5. Ask for what you want.

Whether you believe in God or in the power of the mind, or both, when you ask for what you want, you will be surprised at the results. I believe in God, so I am constantly praying for what I want and need in my life. For instance, I prayed for only the purest, truest angels to come into my life from now on and this is what I have been receiving.

These are just a few things that lift my spirits and keep me moving in the right direction and keep my hope in the goodness of the world alive.

What lifts your spirits? I would love to know. Blessings to all.
