Negative Thinking and Positive Thinking
An article about negative thinking and positive thinking.
Introduction:
When a person is born, his fresh mind holds within it two different ways of thinking; the Negative Thinking “N” and the Positive Thinking “P”. As the mind starts to grow and evolve towards becoming more mature and stable, these two sides (N & P) start to develop with it. Parents, family members, friends, incidents, accidents and numerous other factors affect the evolution and growth of these two perceptions. At all times, N & P struggle to dominate each other and the dominant one rules over the personality of the person.
Positive Thinking:
“P” (Positive Thinking) is the most important gift given by nature to every human being, the presence of which most people don’t realize. It is the part of a person’s mind which lets him experience beautiful feelings like happiness, enjoyment, satisfaction etc. It is the approach that helps him truly understand and feel the beauty of life. Positive Thinking can be considered as the most import element to LIVE LIFE IN ITS TRUE MEANING.
Negative Thinking:
“N” the Negative Thinking, if used properly can prove to be the saviour of a person from the worst possibilities of life; but if left uncontrolled, can burn every single feeling of happiness and joy a person could experience. Hence N can be classified into two sub-categories:
Controlled Negative Thinking “CNT”
Uncontrolled Negative Thinking “UNT”
Controlled Negative Thinking “CNT”:
If a person is able to control his Negative Thinking, it can save him from failures and disappointments in all issues of life. This can only be done by making P strong enough that it keeps N in control. CNT helps a person identify his faults, possible flaws in his plans and possible factors which could affect his pace of progress. CNT also helps a person predict the negative results of a future incident, so that he could take precautionary measures and eliminate those factors.
Uncontrolled Negative Thinking “UNT”:
UNT is the worst enemy of a person. It takes away all that is good and leaves the person sunk in depths of pain & sorrow; helpless, unaware of the true cause of that pain. The more UNT is left unnoticed, the stronger it becomes and at its extreme strength can even force a person to take his own life by committing suicide. Whether anyone comes to know it or not, the main cause of every single suicide committed is UNT. UNT can easily ruin the most precious moments a person could experience in life. It can eliminate pleasure out of the most enjoyable experiences. It can effortlessly turn the moments of extreme happiness and delight into sorrow and pain.
