Never Feel “Fear” Again in Your Life
How to replace any fear with a simple truth. Learn and understand what “fear” really is. Learn how you can differentiate between “truth” and “perceived truth”.

Most of us have full knowledge of what we see on our outside world. We are also aware that we perceive this through vision which is acquired by our eyes. From the information the eyes scan, our brains decipher and convert that raw information into useful knowledge for us personally. This procedure is locked up within each one of us. We assume that we all see the same, with the same type of eyes and decipher and understand the knowledge in the same way, and that’s where we leave it at.
I propose there is more, what ever our eyes first scan is a reality that we have manifested from before, and once the information reaches the brain, it does not stop there; from there it activates emotions, which stimulate our souls. Our souls vibrate accordingly and the process of manifestation continues on. It’s as if we were strainers in a pond, moving around as our emotions dictated our vibrations. This also would explain why sometimes we get stuck on addictions or toxic situations, if we have a habit of holding on to things and clogging up our strainer, but that’s a subject for another article.
Making simplicity a part of your life guarantees your strainer will not clog. Let me explain it in more practical terms, we hold on to things (habits, ideas, judgments, definitions, pain, traumas, even allergies, etc.) because we experience fear to let go. Fear is a by-product of our amazing and limitless brains. Our brain is the most magnificent tool we beings have in this material existence, but it is not us. We don’t reside within the brain. Our consciousness is married to it in this life, but it is not locked within it. If you analyze yourself through simplicity, ultimately you will end up in just being consciousness, and consciousness is everywhere (no always as developed, but everywhere).
Your life path cannot be controlled by your brain; there are just too many variables. The surest way to live the life you want is to understand that when you feel fear, this is your brain acknowledging that it cannot calculate an outcome. Fear naturally makes us tense. This provokes an emotional reaction and that sends a particular message to your interaction with consciousness. It basically says (and correctly so), I am not ready to move on, please keep me stuck here, until I outgrow this lesson. From a soul’s point of view, it’d be like: “Send me another crappy boyfriend, I still want to practice some more”, or “Make sure you still send me lots of financial hardships, this one scares me a lot, I still need to outgrow it”, or “Yeah, keep me on this health issue, I could really learn some more drama at this stage”
