Perfect State of Happiness
How to achieve perfect state of happiness.
Life is always good. It may have it’s ups and downs but in one way or another things find its own course towards resolution. God is really great indeed.
All of us aim to reach the perfect state of happiness. We all tend to do all sort of stuff to reach that state.
To my surprise, it could be reached when you don’t do anything at all but just by being yourself, maintain your phase in moderation and do things which are within the limit of your capacity so you don’t get burnt out.
Exercise, meditation, healthy food and proper hydration play the major role in achieving this state.
Once the body is fully nourished, the soul should come next, if we have detox for the body, we sure do have the same thing for the soul. If you feel like you have things to unload or to free yourself from carrying your emotional baggage, it would be healthy to go for a retreat and do some soul searching and healing.
Normally we say MIND, BODY & SOUL. But if you would look at it in a practical and realistic way it should be BODY,SOUL & MIND.
Why? Because once the body is physically healthy, we become spiritually productive which then leads to a well balanced mind which could give a very sound judgement which is as good as that of an ANGEL’s.
