Positive Approach
Helping you to become clear about what you want in life – your life vision – and how to consciously transform your life for the better.
Take responsibility of your decisions and actions for the following reasons:
- Communicating with honesty and integrity
- Developing and maintaining an open mind
- Promoting understanding and empathy
- Never compromising your freedoms and rights nor trampling on another’s
- Acting from the primary motivation of love. That’s all and quite enough.
Trust in relationship and always be ready to take responsible for keeping the agreement in your relationship (life partner or parent or anyone). Say your feeling about your partner breaking the agreement even in small things if they affect you. This will bring more understanding rather than growing up the distance.
Write diary about good things you encounter in your daily life and never write about any bad thing in your life. Your dairy should be a document which contains your memories of your wins, achievements, party you enjoyed, friends who were closed with you so on. Write your dairy daily and at least write one good thing you got or you did to others, and each day after writing the dairy read an old day event and bring the scene from your dairy note. This is a simplest and best exercise makes your memory perform better and help you to increase your positive approach.
Even though you are not responsible for all the events that happened to you, you are responsible for the reaction you show.
In the feeling which makes you sad or angry, first identify the problem area in life. Is that a great urgency or concern or something which you are experiencing? Then identify the feeling exactly. Identify the physical sensation attached to the feeling. Feel your feeling. Deliberately create it. Let your feeling inhabit your entire body and mind. If the feeling is a grief feeling, you may break into tears; if it is anger, you may feel your blood begin to boil. That’s good – now is the time to feel the feeling. Next, Individuate. Become aware of the difference between your self – YOU – and what that self is FEELING. When the feeling is fully experienced and accepted, there will at some point be a clear sensation that your feeling is not you, so it would be possible to let go of the feeling. Do you still have some other feeling, apply the same technique all your feelings and let them go and resulting is the stress-free mind and body.
Try to understand your strength, weaknesses, and way of thinking and try to be creative.
