With the ever changing way of life getting worse for most people and relief no where in sight. Hope for improvement is dim with the financial world in shambles and the job market sliding down an endless slope of despair. What can a person do? Do you pray for help? Do you put your faith in political leaders? Does your whole world seem to be crumbling? Do you wake up each morning hoping this day will be better than yesterday? Have you lost your hope? Have you lost your faith? or Are you somewhere in the middle? If you could go to one place to make your life better, where would you go?

     Run. Run to a mountain top overlooking a river valley that has nothing but peace and serenity. Run to a white sandy beach with warm tropical waters splashing upon your feet. Run to a resort where you’re waited on hand and foot with no care in the world. Run take your kids on a constant whirlwind vacation spending hours with them watching them enjoy life and grow up in slow motion. Run to a ski slope cascading down the white powder. Run to a foreign land travel to your heart’s content. Run to the one you love, no matter where you go make every day last as if there is no tomorrow. Run to the ones who mean the most to you. Run help the sick, the poor, the afflicted, the starving and the less fortunate.

     What’s your solitude? If we could only run away from our problems life would get better at times. If we could attain what our heart really desires, life would be better. If monetary means were not a factor in most of our decisions life would be better. It seems like no matter what, we can’t catch a break  but we each hang on everyday. Life deals us a hand and we play it the best we can. That’s all we can do.
