Shut Up and Listen to Yourself

Everyone in the world has intuition. Unfortunately, most of us don’t follow its voice. Why? What to do to change it? How to learn the language of intuition? How to create a bond between you and your inner voice? Here are some simple ways.

Even rats follow their intuition, even rabbits and snakes understand its language, not speaking about big mammals.

Look at a cat; it will never go somewhere if there’s danger. Hissing, hair standing on its end, the cat run away far from the danger. The farther the better. And they don’t even go to school. So, what’s wrong with us? Why don’t we follow our intuition? Can you imagine if we had lessons of intuition at school? The world would be so much better place to live. We would be so much happier.

You might ask, what is the intuition? In what forms does it appear? Where does it live? What does it look like? There is no universal answer for these questions. It’s like describing a thunderstorm using only the words. You can name the colours and describe the loudness of thunder as a BOOM, but it’s not enough. Technically it is correct, but if you’ve never seen it in your entire life, you wouldn’t be able to even imagine it correctly.

There are many scientific descriptions of intuition, but actually the only thing we need to know is that our intuition is our internal navigation system which neven fails us.

Sometimes we all experience the feelings or visions which none of us can explain. Let me assure you that this is your intuition talking to you. It’s using various ways to attract your attention, such as: a voice, a whisper, a cry, or an image. And I am more than sure that many of us simply ignore these signs, turn them down all the time. But I even more assured that in many difficult situations our intuition helped us.

Do you remember how you recognised its voice? Try to remember times when you just “knew” something. How did such information come to you? Did you see, hear or feel it? Was it loud and clear or vague? Did a big picture flash before your eyes? Did you hear a voice? Did you have a feeling? Whatever it was that was the voice of your intuition.

What if people were able to listen to themselves and concentrate on intuitive feelings! But we never listen to our inner voice. Unfortunately, intuition can only whisper or give us goose bumps, or show a silly picture, or send us a strange feeling. And we don’t understand these signs, which is why we turn it down.
