Do you love you body? If you are struggling with body esteem or just want to improve it a little here are six ways to love your body.
Lets be honest, the media and our own personal pasts have made it difficult to love each and every portion of ourselves. But you have to, because if you can’t look in the mirror and see yourself as an attractive, amazing person who will. Below are 6 ways to love your body.
1. Read: Several books have been published on loving your body, head to you local library or visit a book store to get some new ideas. Continuing this article is a great start
2. Stretch your body and mind: It’s not just hype—yoga is a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Because it encompasses both relaxation and physical challenges, it is able to rejuvenate the mind and body. Yoga can bring one to the consciousness of their unique being; thus, teaching you how to care for yourself.

3. Find a creative outlet: We all need a medium to express daily stress and frustrations constructively. Perhaps you enjoy taking pictures, writing or both. Maybe you can knit, draw or are interested in scrap booking. Instead of running to the fridge or running away when you feel stressed, try taking time to express yourself creatively. Loving your body is also about loving your mind.
4. Have safe sex: Loving your body means keeping it healthy and free from diseases. Practice safe sex.
5. Indulge on your own terms: Life is short, eat dessert first. This is my motto. Whether it’s a bowl of your favorite ice-cream or fresh fruits from the Farmers Market, loving your body also means appreciating your taste buds.
