Watch to regain balance and harmony when under stress or feeling a little out of sorts.

So what is stress – there is so much information out there at the moment on this subject, and everybody experiences some degree of stress every day.

There are well over 13,000,000 hits on Google alone with people looking for stress symptoms, desperately trying to understand how this illness affects us. 

There are many ways in which stress reacts within an individual, and if left un-managed can cause serious health problems.

You cannot get rid of stress but you can manage it well enough to enjoy your life.  Stress is the word which is associated to a chemical reaction of adrenalin released through the adrenal organs within the body; I am not going to go into depth with the details of this subject here as I do run workshops and coaching to assist people on a one to one basis.

Remember stress is manageable if you have the right tools, in this day and age it is a part of us just as you would get dressed with your clothes in the morning to go to work, using various stress techniques throughout the day minimises the levels which you may experience.
