Another insightful article.
I especially like what you said in the first paragraph:

"no matter where you are in life physically, mentally or spiritually every moment of the day offers you an opportunity to learn something new about yourself, the world, and others."

Most of us (myself included) tend to focus on what ISN'T right in front of us, as oppossed to what IS.
