Success: Walking The Road is Not Hard

Success is much more about finding the right road to travel rather than traveling that road. If you take the example of a job the hard part is not doing the job, it’s learning the job.

Let’s take the example of the most complex computer games I played: Capitalism 2, Supaplex, Civilization. These games are very hard to learn specially by trial and error and almost impossible to beat without a high degree of knowledge. However once you know exactly what you must do to succeed the path becomes somewhat easy and the game loses it’s magic.

The same is true for business. The same true for life. You do not have any difficulties traveling the path, what’s really hard is to learn how to travel that path, the hard part is the learning part. This is why masters are so venerated, so respected, they know what to do out of “unlimited” possible ways to do things. A master can be a master in business, medicine, computers, anything as long as it’s very complex.

Your first focus in business after setting the goal you want to achieve should be to learn how to achieve to that goal and I must tell you in advance that if you already know what to do and how to get it, the goal is too small, there will be no room for growth for you.
