The Difference in Green Lifestyle 40 Years Earlier and Today

Have you ever imagined why the people of 40s century could live so health and longer. The answer lies in their healthy lifestyle.

“Eat healthy and Live Healthy” used to me the mantra of life but strangely it has changed, in fact changed quite a lot.  Today the scenario is that half of the food we eat keeps us alive and remaining half keeps the doctor alive. The yummy, delicious looking snacks, pizzas and noodles make our taste buds water and thus most of us do not even bother to consider the nutritious content of such food stuffs before consumption.

People specially youngsters need to me made aware of the harmful effects of bad eating habits and goodness of adapting green lifestyle. The right choose of foods is very important to improve your health and avoid the food types that raise risk of illness such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.

Some basic tips towards a healthy and green lifestyle are:

  • Eat more of fruits, vegetables
  • Eat less of unhealthy snacks
  • Say no to smoke or drinking alcohol
  • Microwave and other cooking appliances should not be used to cook foods, as the electromagnetic waves generated by them degenerates the nutrients in the food
  • Drink large quantity of water
  • Travelling the eco-friendly way

 To see a change we need to change. The need of the hour is that we all should understand the important of adapting to the Green Living.
