  • Demi Vegetarians: Those who stick to a vego diet most of the time but can’t resist a burger once in a while.
  • Pescetarians: Those who eat fish and seafood but not red meat.
  • Lacto-Vegetarians: A vegetarian who eats dairy products like cheese, but not eggs.
  • Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians: The most common type, one who eats eggs and dairy but not meat.
  • Ovo Vegetarains: They prefer to eat eggs but not dairy or meat.
  • Ethical Vegitarians: Those who don’t just abstain from animal foods but all animal products such as leather and cosmetics containing animal derivatives.
  • Vegans: Don’t consume or use any animal products.
  • Fruitarian Vegans: Eat only fruits, seeds, beans and nuts that fall naturally off the plant.
