What you should know to fight the Fear.

In the world there are many people who have the ability to achieve everything that is proposed, no matter how difficult, or the number of challenges this entails, however, are completely suppressed by the fact of thinking that maybe when they start face these challenges, do not leave things the way we have thought. According to some experts, “Fear is an emotion characterized by an intense unpleasant feeling usually caused by the perception of a threat, real or alleged, present or future. It is a primary emotion that derives from the natural aversion to risk or threat, and can be seen both in animals and in humans. ” This definition has established expertise in the material, can only elucidate the feeling called fear, because, not only is a danger lurking fear, but also situations that are not as dangerous, but that one way or another create anxiety and despair, attacking the way through in the case of human beings.

That is why we must take into account many situations, to establish control over the feeling of fear. From a particular point of view, fear is an adaptive scheme, and provides a mechanism for survival and defense, appeared to allow the individual to respond to adverse situations quickly and effectively. In that sense, it is normal and beneficial for the individual and its species.

Fear is part of the character of individuals, that is why many individuals and characterize the various forms of externalization and perhaps depending on the situation. The fears may express symptoms such as:

• Thinking errors
• Insecurity
• Vomiting
• Dizziness
• Repetition of physiological needs
• Proceedings of misconduct

All these symptoms are always present, but some people are presented with some more than others, and occasionally some and not others.

How can we do to control the fear?.

Many people believe that fear is an illness and using drugs that can cure it. Nothing is further from the truth, as I said before, fear is implicit in the character of the people is so that fear can be controlled but never eliminated. Some people said that they have never had anything to fear. It is a simple lie to try to make believe, to encourage and take where there is no value. Fear control, when the first symptoms, you just have to be totally focused and prevent further spread that sentiment.

The activities to be performed for the purpose of minimizing and controlling the fear, we can mention here:

• Do not think the situation is approaching
• exercise
• work as relaxed as possible
• Make sports to keep our minds distracted
• Act naturally, even knowing the consequences that may arise
• Sleep as much as you can
• Do not fight the fear
