The Power of Your Will: Why You Should Never Give Up

Sometimes in life, situations get harsh and not the way you anticipated it to be. That’s how life works, the future is not frozen in a glacier, and it’s more like a river flowing many ways, to different destinations.

If you just can’t seem to reach the $50.00 mark for Triond; keep trying, but not the same way, try harder. If you use the same level of effort each time, you won’t gain much. If you try harder, you’re stepping on to the next floor, which means you gain more.  That was an example.

Giving up is a common response to something you think you’re doing hard at, but in fact, you’re not and you feel frustrated that something you want won’t happen, then you give up; you’re going in the wrong tunnel my friend. Giving up isn’t always the best option to decide. If you went so far up the mountain, why just go back down? Why don’t you reach the peak? That’s for you to answer.

I’m not stating that giving up is bad or anything, it’s just that it affects your subsequent actions. If you give up, you’re not giving your best-est right? Then maybe if a similar or a situation involves you to give up or move on, you will most probably give up. Since you’ve done it last time, you will most probably give up again.

You just need to have the will to trudge that mountain, and reach its peak. If you didn’t give up and moved on and tried harder, and reached your goal, I’m sure you would feel a lot better than giving up without even trying. Sometimes giving up is the right option, for the sake of another chance, or your brain is just telling you to stop.

For me, there are two sides of a brain. One is the one who commands; the other does the command. In my perspective of thinking, the person (you) is the one who commands. The brain is the one who fulfills the commands by actions. YOU are the one who decides.
