If ever you think you do not have the strength to continue forward in your life, erase that thought right now. You have more strength in your mind, heart and spirit than you can ever fully imagine. You can help protect yourself from any harm, any ill word that is spoken about you. No one can ever get you down, no one.

While many of us think that the stress in a day can break our spirits, it can only do so if we allow it to. If you are in tune with your heart and your mind, if you take the time to really reflect on the person you are, you will realize that there is a light inside you; a shining spirit that no one person can ever destroy. You are the only one in this world who has control over how strong that light will shine. You are the only one who can continue to hold that flame higher and make it burn brighter.

Through the darkness night, through the most trying of times, your spirit is pure. Your spirit is true. Never let anyone tell you differently. I know that others in your life have tried to keep you down at times, have tried to tell you, you are someone you are not, but you are the only one in this life who truly knows the limitless beauty inside your soul.

You are the only one in this world who has seen what you have been through every moment of the day. No one can ever judge you. No person can ever fully know your story and the reasons why you have made certain decisions in your life. That is between you and the higher powers above, or the spiritual realm or whatever value system that feeds your soul.

You do not have to answer to anyone. You do not have to explain yourself to anyone. You know in your heart that you are beautiful inside and out. Listen to only those who reflect that limitless beauty. Ignore and do not give another thought to those who would hint or say otherwise. People see themselves in others and when they put you down, they are only talking about themselves. Do not let them break your spirit. Do not let them hurt you. You have been through enough in this world. You are beautiful. You are timeless. You are precious.
