I am aware that sometimes one can get hurt when one opens up to other people, but it's the price we have to be willing to pay for friendship and love.<br /> <br /> I've been through the most evil forms of abuse you can imagine, but it's only when I decided that not opening up and not trusting hurts me and not 'them' that I could properly put the past where it belongs, be happy, fall in love, make lasting friendships etc.<br /> <br /> I wish you the best in your struggles, I know it must be hard for you. I’ve been through the most evil forms of abuse you can imagine, but it’s only when I decided that not opening up and not trusting hurts me and not ‘them’ that I could properly put the past where it belongs, be happy, fall in love, make lasting friendships etc.
