The Truth About Life

This is the truth about life. Growing up searching for the answer to that void you feel. Its life. Be happy with yours. Strive for the best in every way possible.

The older I get, the more wise I become. I have realized that if you dont love yourselves, then the world will shape and mold you into what you dont wont to be and everything they think you should be and later realize, after its all said and done, never could, but the agony you go through for their lack of knowledge could have easily been avoided if you would stand your ground and thank God for your unique and marvelous personality and mold.

I have realized that just because your ambitious mentality got you the CEO position of a Fortune 1000 Company and not a Fortune 500 Company does not mean that I couldnt do the same, I just chose not to because in my life I have the option to excel, and the option to be content, either way Im still going to be happy, while others cant because their success makes them, not themselves. There is more to life than being successful. You can actually be successful AND happy.

I have realized that as long as you living, the world will call you names, blame you for things, and will forever make your accomplishments just trivial behavior but if you know that your accomplishments are extraordinary because maybe where you came from, not everyone can get a high school diploma or bacchelor’s degree;you have truly made a difference and broken out of the status quo, and have accomplished more than the PhD recipient, because it matters not what is on paper, but what is inside that truly trailblazes.

I have realized that individuals try to prove themselves to the entire world that they have it going on; that they rock the best clothes, hats, jewelry, shoes, etc and lose it all within five years of getting it while the individual who got ridiculed for wearing No Boundaries and Faded Glory as a kid and adult has the option of purchasing the McDonald’s establishment in their hometown at the age of 25 because they knew without saving, there could be no investments, and without investments, there can be no true wealth. Asset versus the liability.

I realize that people go to the store, purchasing the latest style, getting their hair done, nail dones, hair cut, etc , dressing everything on the outside, when the inside of them is naked, naked in the sense of having no design of a living person, inside. If that is too deep for you to catch, go to the next paragraph.

I realized that people work three and four jobs, not always because they have bills to pay but because they want to keep up with the Joneses when the smart people know it would “be cheaper to bring them down to your level because you will never ever get on their level.” When man begins to make the best of what they have in order to get the things they want, then he/she has developed a wealthy mind and will have a successful yet fulfilling future.

I realize that love is something that has no meaning in the sense of being proven. If you have to actually state a reason for loving someone, then your love is based on a condition. It did not happen, for real love is something that can’t be explained, it just happens, and at that point, if you can’t define the reason or reasons why you love someone, then your love will always be there. It is undefined.

I have realized that pleasing the crowd has always exemplified weakness because if you cant handle the world not liking you, you definitely cant say you understand struggles. You have no idea what Martin Luther King experienced on a small scarle. If you cant take an entire room of people going against you because you are not what we sociologists call “instrumental leaders” you are indeed weak. An American commentary once stated, ” to walk in greatness some men find it necessary only to be in the presence of themselves.” Can you say that about yourself and mean it?

I have realized that you are your best friend and if necessary you will have to be alone sometimes. A foreign commentary once stated, ” He who loves solitude has found a friend in himself, but those who dont, are afraid and unhappy with themselves. ” When man realizes that true happiness and solidarity first starts within, then maybe just maybe, being solo wont be such a “lonely experience.” Strong people get energy from within and because their energy is so strong, it draws others to them, not vice versa. Best to have an amount of friends you are certain of opposed to having a certain amount of friends.

I have realized that GOD is the true source of strength in the time oF everyone else’s weakness. If you dont believe in him, then your calamity is just the tip of the iceberg. Once God is in your life, you realize that the thoughts of people of you may hurt, but in the end dont really matter, and are minute in comparison to your talents and abilities. You realize that your life can move a little slower and better because you have realized that life is precious and spending time pleasing everyone else takes away from you loving those that actually matter.

You also dont worry as often because everything falls in place, even when everyone around you is experiencing social mobility. Your mobility is going to be so shocking that even the caste system mobility will seem to be an everyday thing and if you know your history, its not easy almost impossible to move in the caste system. You realize that your knowledge is ten times more than the average “renaissance man/woman” and that “The Prince” is something you really dont take with a realistic approach because when man fails you God has your back.

I am glad to have grown in the past year. I have accomplished more now than some people ever will in a lifetime. On top of that, I have a thirst for knowledge that no PhD can assess or master. My wealth goes beyond any materialistic measurement or comparison; it is definitely abstract beyond any mastered intellect’s ability to interpret. If you can adopt that mentality and believe in God, you too will sense a peace within.

I encourage you all to focus on things that really matter because some of your decisions you make either affect you momentarily or permenantly. I would suggest that your decisions bebased on you and what is best, not what the world expects or wishes you to be. Most of the time, their approach to life is idealistic and not realistic in any way. Who wants to base their life and future on a Utopian concept?

Have a blessed day in the Lord.
