Thinking of Vegetarianism or Veganism?

Vegetarians. We all know them, we hear about them, but why bother with it, you may ask. Maybe you have no interest and are just reading this page for the sake of it. Maybe your already a vegetarian of some sort and are planning to go further to become a vegan or a Lacto-Ovo. Whatever your reasons, thanks for reading.

POLLOTARIAN
Somebody who eats chicken, but no other meat. Dairy and eggs are eaten too. Often don’t believe in eating animals but can’t live without chicken.
PESHATARIAN
Somebody who eats fish, but not any other meat (including chicken). They eat dairy and eggs too. Often don’t believe in eating meat. Fish is a good protein/iron source, so they sub it in with that.
LACTO-OVO
Someone who eats nothing that has eyes, as I put it. But animal byproducts are allowed.
VEGAN
Someone who doesn’t eat animal byproducts or animals. The strictest. Most convert to this as they don’t believe in animals being constantly pregnanted to create milk.
