My grandfather is a master brewer, and my father owns a local brewery, which I am employed in. We all agree that utopia is an outstanding brew. VERY strong, and yes it is more like hard liquor than beer in that regard. But it still has a very distinct beer flavor, very oaky and rich, and the empty bottles are excellent accents to any beer-lovers abode.
