Using Laughter

When you are happy you enjoy what you do. When you are not content with your work than life can be tedious. Putting a smile on your face can help you to be happy and enjoy what you are doing. It has been said that having a smile makes it difficult for you to be grumpy and unwilling to do things during the day.There are even workshops around town where one can develop a sense of feeling comfortable enough to laugh. It is suggested that people attend these workshops especially if they are cronically ill-humored.

Children use laughter more than adults and we know that children have not acquired all the stress that adults have which makes it less likely for them to laugh. Children will giggle which is a form of laughter that disappears over time.

Women use laughter differently than men. It is believed that when they are going out with their mates the tone of laughter can be used to defuse a potentially argumentative situation. If laughter reduces tension, it also helps to boost the immune system and improve the quality of life. There has been a scientific study on the fact that good humor helps then to boost ones defenses against serious illness. An atmosphere of quiet and tension or stress will damage he quality of living.

People can try to imagine things as comical when they are not to help lighten the load in life. This may at least put a smile on your face and you are on your way to explode in laughter. One may also say to himself that if he is going to be too serious, without seeing a humorous side of life, than he won’t proceed on doing the task that causes the tension. Just getting together for a laughter party might just be the thing to do to share funny anecdotes that everyone can relate to. Life is after all what you make it and if you can get the people together to do some comedy brainstorming with  like picking out a relative who they think is funny and then have them each do an imitation of that person then you might also get material for a comical skit.
