What are the Heavens for If You Don’t Reach for the Sky?
Powerful words to remind you that you can do anything.
You must open your own doors. You must be proactive.

You must believe in yourself in order to be able to reach all your dreams and goals. You need to take full responsibility for everything you are doing and everything you are not doing that continues to keep you moving toward your dreams or away from them. There is no magic formula for success other than working hard, believing in you, confidence, and positive energy.
You already have all the tools you will ever need to be successful. You have always had them. You must look to others who have what you want and try to learn from them. You must take care of yourself; you must take care of others. You must treat others as you want to be treated. This is the only way to be treated with true kindness and respect.

You must ask for what you want. You must trust your instincts. You must weigh your options with a keen eye. You must learn from your mistakes. You must take baby steps when this is necessary and you must take full strides when the occasion calls for it. You must know that you are worth everything this world has to offer. You must believe it in every fiber of your being.
You must take the time to stop and smell the flowers. You must take the time to sit back and reflect. You need to take the time to stop and give thanks to those who have helped you get where you are in life and forgive them for their shortcomings as we all have them. We are all still learning.
You must look toward anything and everything that is positive and good for you that will help you continue to learn and better yourself and the world that we all live, dream and share.

Success is your past, your present and your future. Live your dreams. Lift others higher and you will soar above everything you ever thought you could.

John Paul Getty was an inspiring person too! I learn much from reading other peoples stories but I must balance that out with remembering to write my own! This was very inspiring Liane.

Liane…
You continue to inspire me and others, and this piece is amazing. Two things occur to me while reading it: one is how positive it is – it stands out in a world that has become so negative in words and deeds; the second is that with age, I find I understand the part about taking time to reflect. Reflection is one of the places I go to for inspiration, which in turn leads to putting wordies or artwork on electronic “paper” or the real stuff. Thanks for providing this rest stop for the soul. It was a terrific read and very recharging! Wonderful, inspirational work.
