What Would You Do If? Questions About Your Life and Humanity You Daren’t Have Asked Before

I’ve thought through these questions to cover most aspects of our lives. Based on the answers you give, you alone can work out how content and happy you are with the events and people in your life, and where you stand as a human being. Answer one question (honestly) before you go on to read the one that follows.

I’ve thought through these questions to cover most aspects of our lives. Based on the answers you give, you alone can work out how content and happy you are with the events and people in your life, and where you stand as a human being. Answer one question (honestly) before you go on to read the one that follows.

If your favourite celebrity showed an interest in you, would you stay with the person you’re now with?

If it Polygamy was legal and accepted as an optional lifestyle, would take another spouse or would you be happy with just your present one?

If you worked out a way to get into your bank vault without being spotted, would you rob it?

If you were given £20,000, would you pay off your debts or buy a new car?

If you were forced to give up your savings and assets in exchange for one thing, what would that be?

If you inherited a large sum of money from a wealthy friend, would you let your siblings know about it?

If scientists detected a rogue gene which convinced you that your young child would grow up to be a criminal, would you agree to give him/her up?

If it was proved today that your first born was switched at birth, would you look for the baby you lost?

If you were rich beyond your wildest dreams, which of your friends would you still stay close to, and allow to share in your wealth?

The home you’ve always wanted is finally within your reach, but your best friend would be struck down with ill health for the rest of his/her life if you made a grab for it. Would you still move in?

If cosmetic surgery was available as standard on your current health care plan, would you have your appearance changed?

If it was proved that your mobile phone gave you cancer, would you still be tempted to use it?

If your parents were just people your own age, would you like them enough to be friends with them?

Would you walk away and leave your present life behind you if someone offered you one million pounds for it?

If you were forced to give one person a chance to say sorry to you so you could forgive him/her and move on who would it be?

If you could get automatic forgiveness from one person in the world, who would it be?

If you were given one extra minute at death to write down one thing for the world to remember you for, what would it be?

If killing the people who wronged you was acceptable, would you?

If achieving the one talent in your life that you’ve always wished to have meant that your sibling would lose the thing they’re best at, would you take it?

If someone offered to pay you to leave your job, would you give and work out your three month’s notice?

Is the law keeping you from being unlawful? Is the fear of being alone the bond that stands between you and the person you profess to love? Do you give unconditional love or do you expect something in return? Are you truly contented with the choices you’ve made or are you just hanging on to what ever slaps you in the face?

Are you the person you thought you were deep within your heart? Do the people around you mean less or more than you say they do?

Use the information that have struck your realisation to change the things you no longer like about yourself and your life.

Good questions! Worth looking at! Makes me realize I’m a pretty good person after all, and wouldn’t change a whole lot!

A thought provoking article. At my age I have asked myself all these questions or their aquivalent many times over. You have listed a good list of questions to learn exactly who you are.

Good questions! One that I have asked myself is: if my husband had known that I would develop Parkinson’s 15 years into our marriage, would he have married me? Or: if I had chosen to marry one of the other fellows I dated, would they have been able to take care of me and accepted me as I am now? I am quite confident that I chose a good one – I think he’s a keeper!

Hey everyone… I teach young adults in a jail in New York… I used these questions as a lesson starter. This ended up being my lesson, these questions allowed my students to think freely without a judge or PO staring them down! Great questions!!

That really made my day. It’s great to know that something I’ve created could be put to such good use.
