What’s in a Good Day?
The talks about you, me and I being in control of our day.
As we wake up to the rising of the sun, we give thanks for a new day beginning. A fresh start, with a happy smile. Full of simple chores, simple work schedules, nothing that we can’t handle, as long as we keep it simple.
Smile and take a deep breathe when thing seem to be getting rough. For life is simple, it is us that complicate things, by setting our daily goals and accomplishments so high. We have to learn to keep it simple, so we can reach it without stress. A good day is like a fine glass of wine on the beach. If we take five minutes each day, close our eyes and meditate, visualizing what we want our day to be. It can happen!
Before getting up out of your bed each day, lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes and paint your day. Take control of your day. Write the lyrics to your songs. You are the author to the words to your poems. Because it’s all about you! When you rise up from your meditation – Say Out Loud! I am the Artists, designer and creator of my day. And no one can change that but me.
And let it be, the way you want it. Know that you are in control and it’s all about you. We can do our jobs and take care of our families, even make time for a few friends. But the painting on the wall has your signature on it. So remember it’s all about you, me, I.
