I have been now in Holland for 2 and a half years, previously from Australia. It does take some getting used to, especially the change in weather and language. The longer I am here I only realize more and more that Dutch people are no different to Australian people, only that they live in a different part of the world, with different traditions. The longer I am here, the more I find respect for their culture and all that comes with the lifestyle here.
