Your Best Life Now, Living at Your Full Potential

Finding tools to keep me motivated toward fulfilling all my dreams is essential to my life. I’m in love with books because I truly believe that “knowledge is the greatest form of love.” You can give a man a fish to feed him for one night, but of course, if you teach him how to fish, you will feed him for life.

Currently, I’m reading “Your Best Life Now: 7 Steps to Living at Your Full Potential”. Ironically, it is exactly what I need to read right now. It is written by Joel Osteen who is a Senior Pastor, so if you don’t believe in God, you may not want to pick up this book. However, I believe that even if you don’t necessarily believe in a particular value, you can still glean knowledge and priceless wisdom.

Another quote I read once goes something like this: “Everyone you meet has something vitally important to your life that you need to know, listen.”

Sometimes I still forget about this quote, but the more I think about it, the more it becomes a constant reminder in my day.

Why do I love this book I’m currently reading so much and how can it be helpful to everyone? Because of some of the following quotes you can read inside its invaluable pages.

“If you don’t think you can have something good, then you never will. The barrier is in your mind.”

What are your barriers? What have you told yourself you cannot achieve or have. What excuses have you made that you need to break through? You can achieve anything you set your heart and mind to. You are meant for grand, exceptional levels of success and joy.

“What you keep before your eyes will affect you. You will produce what you’re continually seeing in your mind.”

What images are you constantly watching? What pictures do you hang in your home and office? Do you have pictures of the things you want? Do you visualize yourself reaching your goals? Do you think about them in detail and a hopeful heart? If you want to build a house you must envision every structure and nail in order to make it a reality. You are worth the world. Your dreams are worth every thought and moment of your time.

“Your life will follow your expectations. What you expect is what you get.”

What do you expect to happen in your life? Do you wake up feeling like today will be an exceptional day better than any before it? Do you endeavor into situations in your life with the idea that you deserve happiness and blessings in your life? If not, you need to change your thinking. You need to believe that you deserve all the dreams and miracles this world can offer.

“We receive what we believe.”

When you believe everything in your path changes; new doors open, you feel energized to reach and actually achieve your goals. If the light at the end of your tunnel seems faint find things to make that light brighter, so bright that eventually you are infused with its incredible light and your entire life forgets what it was like to see any darkness. You have the power to make all your dreams come true. You’ve always had this power.

You are making all your dreams come true. Keep this thought in your mind and heart always!

My quote is “Positive things happen to positive people.”
I like to think that I am an example of that. Of course, I am married, so hm.

I really loved your article and see what your saying about expectations and knowing your true potential in life and your very inspiring I love that about your writing. I am not huge fan in Joel Osteen but he does have some good believes in life and he is good at what he does, but I enjoyed listening it from you instead.
