Men and women are different, always have been, always will be. Nature has made us sexual reproducers, which gives us quite and advantage over asexual creatures. As such men and women have some specialised roles to fulfill, especially as women are the only ones who can get pregnant and give birth. There are plenty of things that men and women can do equally well, and some things that men are better at and some that women are better at. All in all we need men and women and they are equally important to the survival and betterment of our species. It is not a competition and never should be.
