Body Language- Liars, Anger and Other Gestures One( Helping You Read and Understand The Opposite Sex)
This guide well tell you how body language works and how you can use it to detect lies or perhaps even spin some of your own.there are a few gestures in hear that you can look at and I shall perhaps write some more articles and introduce some more.
Before you learn to read body language completely you need to understand a few rules:
1. Body language signs are never looked at alone, you must look at the other gestures or clusters they come along with.
2. You must also look at gestures in context. E.g. a person may sit differently when he/she is cold, this could not always give an insight to the person.
3. Do not let your self personally judge the gestures yourself too much you want to avoid jumping to conclusions.
4. Whenever you look at body language please look at the psychology behind it, it makes it easier to understand and predict.
5. Different gestures may mean different things in different ethnic backgrounds.

Palms, hands and arms>
Showing palms denotes honesty, it is a submissive gesture. Liars might over do their body language or perhaps keep their hands held tightly behind their backs all most like they are “hiding something”
Touching their faces is commonly recognized when someone lies, children developed this habit when they were young, it’s almost as if they are ashamed and hide their mouths.
Adults will not do this they do reduced versions e.g. the nose scratch or something like the neck scratch.
Crossed arms forms a barrier between the person and the listener, it is a defensive gesture.
I for example have seen my teacher cross his arms and then blow up and leave the class room a few seconds later.
You can almost see it coming.

Legs>
Men use their legs very differently than women;
When a man sits down he will display his dominance, he will fill up as much space as he can.
Men also use the figure 4 leg cross, it is a very masculine display and draws attention to the crotch. It was developed in America and thanks to mainstream television many people do this, It is a macho man display. You won’t see small or short people do it much, if you do 9. E.g. in Singapore. If you do this you’re probably crossing your arms right now. May also bee seen is sexually assertive females.
Legs are used by females in other ways, when they are crossed then it signifies a no entry. Men don’t be put off sometimes when the girl is cold she may also do it or perhaps when they must because perhaps the skirt is too short.(if there is one)
When women sit down they will try to minimize their leg space. Women will not spread their legs , they will often be held together tightly. Men find the leg tilt extremely attractive and women will often do this when they want to attract someone.
There are some gestures that both men and women use for example a person will often point his or her legs to where he or she wants to go. So if someone appears to be talking to you and smiling while their legs are pointing to the nearest exit then this would probably mean they want to leave.

Why men look at women-
I will not waste to much time on this topic too long this time but studies show that women do as much as gouging as men do, the thing is that they don’t get caught, they have peripheral vision, they can concentrate on some thing while looking at something else. Men have tunnel vision that has evolved from the fact that men evolved to hunt , this tunnel vision helps men stay focused on things like their prey. This may explain a mans ability to watch television in a completely messy room while women have to tidy first.
Gouging is not really bad because for a person to get along well with another they must “check” each other out first otherwise there will be a bad kind of tension between the two individual.
