What happens when you delete a longstanding problem with OJ?
In most cases it is a strange feeling of lightness, relief, excitement and even. Sometimes it is as if a vacuum is left in place. It’s almost like there is a void, something missing now.
The thick layers.
In one of my podcasts recently, Scott and I talked about the gap that sometimes feels after playing success. He suggested that it was like a heavy thick coat all winter and spring, so he began to feel like a burden. Then, suddenly throwing his jacket in a matter of seconds, so it was an unexpected gravity, which was uncomfortable because it was known.
So what happens if you can probably guess the feeling of weightlessness, space or lack of knowledge, when you have cleared the problems with EFT? It can be NOK to prevent play in the first place! Q (known as resistance!) may arise in your mind.
Who should I let this problem when you go all the way?

When you have feelings for several years, there may be space or gap is left.Thurs sure that was not filled with another stressor, press any positive reinforcement, recognize the value that has led to the release of the past, certain they are, how you feel free like her, calm and confident that you and so on. Be aware of the gap remains, and fill the void with the recognition of health care who you are and what they can. Let your body feel what it is to hear these positive statements, and experience the joy!
