Giving Your Son the Birds and the Bees Speech?

Giving the birds and the bees speech is very critical to a young man growing up. Most of the time the young man’s father will be giving the birds and the bees speech. And if the boy’s father is not around then the mother will have to administer the speech herself. And this could be most uncomfortable for the mother and maybe a little embarrassing. Some people may say this is an easy task, but when it comes down to physically knocking on your son’s door to tell him about the birds and the bees one may get cold feet.

Of course it’s not going to be easy mom or dad. But if your child is going to grow up and lead a healthy sex life then it has to be done. By doing this your child will be better prepared for having his first sexual experience when the time comes.

And now I am going to give you the easiest way of teaching your son about the birds and the bees. First thing one could do is grab a dry eraser board and dry eraser markers. This is going to be your teachers chock board. Now don’t start by drawing a penis and a clitoris. Ask your child if he knows what a penis is.

And if the child says no then you may proceed to drawing a penis on the board. Tell him this is what a penis is and what one looks like. Now he knows that he has one to by looking at the picture. Tell him that all males, men or boys have a penis.

Now you may draw the vagina on the board. And don’t get embarrassed about it. Because he will not have a clue to what you just drew. So go ahead and draw one. Tell him that this is called a vagina and all girls, women, or females have a vagina. And this is what one looks like. He may have questions about the vagina you just drew. Like ”why do only girls have them?” You say that it’s just the way we were born. Boys men or males were born with penises and girls women or females were born with a vagina.

Tell him that a male and a female do this thing called mating or having sex. “What’s mating? Or what is having sex daddy?” You say mating is where the penis and the vagina come together. Now draw the penis to where it is going into the vagina. Once again don’t get embarrassed about it. He is learning something new. Feel proud of yourself. There are so many fathers out there not preparing there son’s. Now say to him that the penis sends in something called semen or sperm into the vagina. Now draw what a sperm looks like on the board. Say to him that the sperm then swims threw a tube in the female’s body. Now draw the sperm swimming threw the tube. Also draw an egg at the end of the tube. Tell him that the sperm will go into the egg at that time and form a little boy or girl. And that’s how you were born.
