Molestation: The Reasons Behind
by In my opinion following are the various factors why such incidents occur:
1) Women have become successful in their own fields
2) Women bosses are very common these days
3) Women have become fiercely financially independent
4) Men are frustrated and jealous because of the above points
5) The ugly side of men come out in such situations
The above points coupled with the fact that promiscuity is on the rise these days add flavour. The men then under situations wherein the women are skimpily dressed and intoxicated take advantage and other men who would not have the guts to do do also join in the fun.
The molestation can be compared for the sake of analogy with public lynching when a car accident take place. Most of the crowd are persons who are frustrated as they are not rich enough to own a car. And they remove the frustration on well off men who own cars and have committed an accident.

I have to disagree as the reasons are not those meager points. It is the basic instinct of killer apes that inspires certain vulgarly acts like molestation.
