I agree with all the facts listed above.But comment number 4 appears like he has duped many women. “act” genuinely caring or interested and “act” like you agree. “make you appear caring”. If you dont genuinely care about the woman find someone else, stop with the acting. This guy is why women find it so hard to trust these days, its hard to weed out the guys that are in it for the sex and not in it for the true connection with another person

8. Have a good job. No matter how non-materialistic or independent she claims to be, not having money is a major turn-off – especially if she is over the age of 25.

Here is what worked for me.

Act like you genuinely care or interested about aspects of her life, i.e. job, family, interests etc...

Make her laugh

Act like you agree with approx 80 percent of what she say, the other 20 percent will make you not look like a push over.

Listen, this is the hardest, but you can recall facts later and it make you appear caring.
