Ballistic Missile Technology
With the development of science and technology, the pleasure of sustaining cycle of life is improved but simultaneously the fear of global destruction is increased by the missiles with nuclear overhead making the life insecure.
Ballistic Missile is nothing but the advancement of Rocket technology. Apparently the missile technology appears to be new but actually the effort in the development of technology was started in the world war II by the Nazi German when V-2, first Ballistic Missile was tested, the speed of which was being five times the speed of sound, fueled by alcohol mixed with water, ignited with liquid oxygen keeping the rocket exhaust nozzle A4, size 14 meter long, and 1.5 meter in diameter. In April 1987, Voluntary Missile Technology control Regime (MTCR) was formed. The effort of MTCR was succeeded in to abandon the program of missile technology in the countries of Argentina, Egypt and Iraq. Brazil, South Africa, South- Korea and Taiwan also abandoned their missile development program. East European countries Poland, the Czech Republic kept away from missile technology. Libyan and Syrian also control their activity partially.

The mistrust raised the fear of Protection of Sovereignty:
Every country is concerned for its safety and sovereignty. In spite of economic despair, the Rulers never think in the curtailment of defense expenditure of the country. Even though the territorial expansion of powerful countries is no longer exists the fear of losing sovereignty still prevails. It is for which even in the atmosphere of controlled limitation, India, Iran, N.Korea and Pakistan continued the development of missile technology to safe guard the territory of each country. By the time cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, space launch vehicles, drones etc were developed by developed countries. Inter- continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) so far developed by only five countries – Russia, US, China, France and UK. India, Pakistan, Israel, Iran and North Korea have developed medium or inter-medium range Ballistic Missiles. These countries could not produce ICBM due to lack of advanced technology.

The Missiles are the key components of Military in the battlefield from distance instead of Riffles:
Once riffle and tank was the main weapons of the battle field. But now missiles become the main weapon in addition of riffles and tanks. The advantage of the missiles is that it can be launched from distance pointing to specific target without taking any risk in the battle field. For the sake of countries defense short range or medium range missiles are kept ready for the use in the battlefield. The development of longer range missiles carrying nuclear weapons is a greater cause of concern for global security. The country like US, USSR chocked out program of Ballistic Missile defenses (BMD) – to intercept the opponents attack by ICBM. Anticipating danger of destruction, the developed countries have come forward to a term to control the random use of Ballistic Missiles through a treaty of Anti-Ballistic (ABM) Treaty. So long the Missiles will remain under the custody of the country; the global threat of destruction would remain. If faithful cooperation among countries were not prevailing, the complete destruction of missile would not have completed.
