Supporting Our Troops: The True Heroes of Today

There are brave men and women to risk their lives day in and day out.  They’re our troops who are fighting over in Iraq.  While they are fighting for our freedom and the freedom of others; people here in the U.S. protest.  Why are we protesting?  We need to be supporting our troops.  

Some think we shouldn’t have ever been in this war right now, but we are.  So stop trying to change it; use your time supporting the brave men and women risking their lives for us.  All this hate and anger from us does not help or make this war any better.

My brother right now is in the military and I am extremely grateful that he will risk his life to help protect innocent people.  We all have heroes who are famous actors or athletes.  Some of them are great people, but my heroes are my brother and the rest of our troops who fight to defend freedom.  We need to give everything we have to help our troops and to bring them home safely!
