A new story exploding all over the news today (11/9/10) involves a missile being shot off from California without any military knowledge whatsoever. The Navy as well as the Air Force, denied taking part in any recent missile launch. Is this the future of the U.S. military? Giant missiles that launch themselves?

This is unsat! The US military should be able to figure out this within a mater of minutes! Otherwise, we are doomed if any country can get this close and launch a missile of our coast!
