Hi Martin,
I’m so sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by the problem with your account balance.
There was an erroneous deduction of $14.59 that occurred on January 5, 2011.
That brought your account balance to a negetive amount ($-14.59).
Now that we’ve added that amount back to your account, your balance is now correct at $0.84.
In other words, since you were last paid (on 12/5/2010) you have earned $0.84 for your music sales.
If you go through your accounting transactions and add up all your music earnings since 12/5/10, you will see the amount of $0.84 is correct.
I understand this might be confusing so please let me know if you have any questions about it.
