Incident Report Four -Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Ca
by No one would believe me if I said what these statistics are really about. That is why I am compiling them. Some day they may amount to proof of my wild theories. It is very sad that they are true. A poor reflection indeed of those gallant heroes of the Police and Fire departments. Though from my observations it appears that those in any profession by and large are bribe-able.

6:00PM, 6:08PM Low-flying aircraft over North McDowell and Transport Way
7:14PM South west bound black & white police patrol car on East Washington @ Petaluma Blvd. North
