NATO-EU: Inter-Institutional Dialogue

An insight to what North Atlantic Treaty Organization and European Union are dealing with.

NATO and the European Union need to talk together to obtain (formulate) and build up an agreeable ambience for progress (as well as trade) towards the countries interested into their future life-style activities, such as:

  1. Kosovo,
  2. Cyprus,
  3. Turkey,
  4. Croatia,
  5. Albania,
  6. Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia,
  7. Ukraine,
  8. Bulgaria, and
  9. Romania.

The aspects that need support for all the concerned need (again) a certain democratic control over the following:

  1. Police support – local peace and order control;
  2. Judicial support – liberalized knowledge and understanding of rules and proper regulations; and
  3. Public administration support  – above morale implication of public governance.

Speaking of nations that need police training, NATO and EU could synchronize efforts with the local military (or army to complement UN administration over.

A bottom-up approach could provide an effective agenda for cooperation and operational requirements to establish most local (domestic) reforms into each region as a key to stability.  Another concern is the future enlargement (expansion) process which is threatened by international terrorism.

Is it contemptuou to support (as a way of making sense) the battle groups of NATO and EU to be deployed to such inviting region as a training ground of their respective military personnel?  What are modelled to be ascertained?  Such limitations could be in the form of:

  1. The common force generation processes – location wise (place of origin);
  2. The common training programs – theoretical to hypothetical statistics (nature of programs scheduled upon); and
  3. The common systems of certification – systematic synergy of forces (logistics and qualification agenda).

Yes, it is contemptuous.  To live peacefully is a pathway to progress with the modern world destruction amongst these nations is giving no mercy to its race to humanity.  NATO and EU must promote education as a foundation to view their future (and not as a mean to satisfy an end termed as peaceful beginnings).
