AB Blood Types and Vampirism?

While AB blood types are widely regarded as universal recipients, does that also mean that we could eat people? It is the same thing as transfusion. Heck, our ancestors probably drank blood out of cows. That is what make our Human species unique- the ability to cannibalize or eat animals as “civilized” person.
Statistics show that there is three per cent of American with AB types positive. Positive represents the possibility of contracting Rhesus disorder and how doctors can prevent it (through vaccine in pregnancy, of course- people with blood type 0 have higher of chance getting the disease). Darwinism has the role of playing disorders throughout human history, but that isn’t necessary to be discussed here. Even more rarer blood type, AB negative, represents one percent. Although I’m not sure if I have positive or negative.
AB blood types generally contain both A and B antigens. However, they do not have A and B antibodies on blood plasma. Does that mean people can be dissolved if nanotechnology succeeds? Or do we simply have the potential ability to cannibalize people terrorists?
