Air France 447 Missing? An Airbus? Really?

Is it really possible for an airline company with a great safety record to have one of the largest airplanes in the sky, disappear? Lightning alone could not down her, nor a gust of wind. So what actually happened?

This is certainly an aviation mystery and no matter what is found, people will be pessimistic over the findings. Air France is a tremendous airline with great staff, and safe plane environments that always leave the passenger with a good experience. Sarkozy should be counting his blessings on having such a business in this economic time. While random acts of nature do indeed happen, how did this Flight 447 come to be destroyed?

A better question is why are officials so quickly disregarding the black boxes as being lost forever? Aren’t there supposed to be homing beacons on them so that in events like this, there could be some light shed on the situation? Something is overly rotten in the state of Denmark.

Also, with so many deaths on the plane, wouldn’t there be at least something left behind to identify human remains? It’s not as if a dozen Great White Sharks came by and devoured everything in sight. And if the plane was truly knocked out of the sky, due to its design, it would not have been obliterated.

Even if Flight 447 were hit by lightening which temporarily lost electricity and in that very moment an updraft of 100 mph lifted the plane violently in the air causing it to fall nose first into the ocean, there would be wreckage, bodies, signs of something having happened. This all seems far to out of the realm of normal, far too extraordinary for a rational explanation. What do you think?
