Cardrona Bra Fence : Wall Made of Bras

It may sound very unusual to you all. But it is true. In Central Otaga, New Zealand, there is a controversial tourist attraction, famous as Cardrona Bra Fence. Yes, the complete fence, right next to a busy road, is decorated with tons of bras from around the world.

The story started somewhere around Christmas,in 1999, when four bras were discovered attached to the fence. No one knows how they reached there, but the bizarre news spread so quickly, within a month or two,the number increased to 60 and in early 2006 there were 800 bras, hanging on the fence. A couple of of times, they were removed completely, as some said its a distraction for people driving nearby. But, they began to appeared again.

No matter you love it or hate it, the fence remained a great tourist attraction for quite a long time. Local Sheep farmer John Lee has become the unofficial guardian of the site and he did received thousands of letters from around the world, 90% of which were positive response about the fence.

Though in April 2006, all the bras were removed again and burned, we never know when will they appear anonymously.In my opinion, it would be a must see eye catching attraction.
