Chakras and Auras Revealed

We are hearing more and more about how important it is to balance our chakras or cleanse our auras, exactly what do they mean and how can we do this if we cant see them…

To understand chakras and auras when you have never heard of them or even seen them can seem a little far fetched. However time and time again you will hear healers or reiki healers talk about how important it is to have your chakras in balance. There has been a lot written about chakras and auras so I am not going to repeat what others have already said, but just simply explain that seeing auras is not something that only spiritual or gifted people can do. Anyone can learn to see auras. Some simple tips and a little practice is all you need.

Every living thing has an aura, plants, trees, vegetables and of course the animal kingdom. As we are all made up of energy it should come as no surprise that animals have colourful auras.

Chakras & Balance

Learning which chakra relates to which part of you is the first step in learning to understand and heal using chakra balancing. Our chakras become out of balance for many reasons, usually emotional stress and strain can have a very negative effect. To keep your chakras in balance means to keep you life in balance, from both a health perspective to a financial reason. If your root chakra is out of balance the chances are so is you bank balance so its well worth investing a little time and energy in understanding how they work.
