Encounters with Black-eyed Kids

This article is about two encounters with kids who have completely black eyes.

Journalist Brian Bethel posted the first encounter with children whose eyes were totally black in 1998.  The term Black-eyed Kids (BEKS) has been on the Internet since then.  In the BEK legend, teenaged boys show up next to lone drivers or on doorsteps.  Then they demand to be let in the car or house.  According to UFO Mystic, BEKs cannot enter without permission from the witness.

Some believe that BEKs are human-alien hybrids doing the bidding of their evil alien masters.  Regardless of their origin, the BEK phenomenon has  become an urban legend.

Paranormal writer Jason Offut relates a BEK encounter involving Bill, Michael and Michael’s wife.  Michael told Bill that a group of teenagers had knocked on his door one night.  Feeling uneasy, he and his wife did not let them in.  Some of the kids left and walked their dachshund, and eventually left completely Michael and his wife felt relieved, and found the dog wandering around and brought it home.

Bill looked up Black-Eyed Kids on the Internet.  He contacted Michael about the information he had found but like others who had encountered these people,  Michael and his wife wanted to forget about meeting them.

In another incident involving Black-Eyed Kids, Alien Hub tells of a witness who left his apartment at about  9:33 at night. After pulling into a parking space in downtown Amarillo, Texas, he heard a knock on the driver’s side window of his car and looked over.  The witness saw two boys between the ages of ten and fourteen.  Boy 1 was the spokesman.  Boy 2 did not speak during the whole conversation.

The witness was confused and felt a sense of unearthliness and fear.  He says he always has a change in perception just before he experiences something weird.  Boy 1 asked the witness to take them to their house to get their money.  This was so they could go to the $1.50 movie.  Boy showed no sign of fear and had an amazing command of language for his age.

He talked as if the witness’s assistance was a foregone conclusion.  The best answer the man could offer was “Uh, well…” Boy 2 looked at Boy 1 with a look of guilt and confusion.  Besides the solid black eyes, Boy 1’s diction and tone set off alarm bells.  The witness tried to process what it was about the two boys that was wrong.

Boy 1 said,”C’mon mister. Let us in.  We can’t get in your car until you do, you know.”

When he got home, the witness called his friend Chad.  Chad had two female friends with him with alleged psychic abilities.  Over the phone, one told the witness that if he had let the boys into his car, they would have killed him.

Both of these stories represent anecdotal evidence which prove nothing.  However, I believe there is enough such evidence to put the BEK phenomena into the possible level.
