Hotel Del Coronado
It is a traditional wooden Victorian seaside resort. Hotel was opened in 1888. The Hotel Del hosted famous folks such as Thomas Edison, Charlie Chaplin, Brad Pitt, etc. Story of this place is about Kate Morgan. She was believed to commit a suicide in 1892, but in 1900 Alan May proved that Kate Morgan was murdered by her husband. In 1892 Kate checked into the room 302 at Hodel Del Coronado (now it is 3312). After two or three days later they found her death body near the room. After her death, supernatural events began to occur in that room. Maids report that objects around the room are moved by unseen hands, lights turn off and on.
Rudolph Stepro House
Rudolph Stepro was a soldier, he had shot in the head in a battle. After the battle, he could not deal with pain and committed suicide. Since then, the house has been plagued by strange occurrences such as water comes by itself, radio changes station and objects move around the house. The old house was demolished and a new house was built but the new house is plagued by spirits too.
The Queen Mary
It is one of the most horrible haunted ship in the world. Its construction finished in 1936. After 1947, she began to run between England and New York. During those years, she also took tourist to Caribbean too. In 1967, she was sold to the city of Long Beach to be used as a museum. It is said that in the Queen Mary’s engine room and the boiler room, video cameras, recorders go dead. They do not work, until that area is left.
The Capital Building
The building is in Topeka, Kansas. Many years ago, a crazy women believed to climb several stairs of the building and jumped to her death. Today, her moans are still heard.
The Old Lighthouse
The first owner of this lighthouse was murdered in 1872 since then, the lighthouse is believe to be haunted. Moans of the dead man can be heard. Objects around the lighthouse are moved by unseen hands.
Alcatraz
Famous jail in California is believed to be haunted too. If someone stays in one of the jail cells in Alcatraz, sometime during the night, he/she will hear someone banging on the cell doors.
