Haunting at The Stanley Hotel

On March 11, 2011 my husband and I went to stay a night at the Stanley Hotel in Esstes Park, CO. We stayed in room 418, whgich is one of the most haunted rooms at the hotel. It is located on the fourth flour where all of the children and nannies used to stay back when the hotel was first built. Now that floor is said to be haunted by the spirits of those children, and they seem to really like room 418. During our stay, we did a lot of EVP work, videotaping and took lots of pictures. One  out of the many pictures I took, I was able to catch something. In the first picture you see a short hall and at the end of the hall is an exit door with glass windows in the middle of the door. If you zoom in on the picture you can see an image of a man and woman in the glass. The woman is wearing an early 1900’s style dress and the man is wearing a hat with a taylored coat. They are bothe completely white and you can only see them from the waist up. I know this is an apparition because I had taken several shot of this hallway with that same exit and that was the only picture that had paranormal activity in it. Plus, in the morning I checked out that exit to see of there was maybe a manican out there or statue, but all I found was a bunch of pine trees. And I know for a fact that no one was out there or in the hall when I took that picture. The hotel was pretty vacant while we were there. Apart from the pictures, we also caught two voices on the digital voice recorder. In the first recording, you can hear my husband snoring, and at one point you hear a faint male voice say “please be quiet”. This occured at 3:15am according to the recording. In the second one, shortly after that accurance, you hear me coughing (I was sick that when we went) and you can hear the same male voice say “get well”. It ws pretty exciting to find that. We went back to the Stanley twice after that, but came up with nothing, so it’s not everytime you go that you will catch something. In November of 2011 we are going back while the Ghost Adventures team are there. I’m pretty excited to meet them.
