Haunting Number Eight

I was approached by a property developer who was having difficulty in selling their first newly refurbished property.  It had been beautifully renovated and to a very high standard.  So on that front there should have been no problems with selling, the area was okay there was nothing untoward there either.

So what was the reason this property was not selling?  Was there a lull in the market?  No was the answer.  So what then?

One visit from Mia gave the answer.  An elderly lady had passed away there in the front bedroom, and was refusing to let anyone else in the property, as she still believed that it was her home and that she had the right to continue to live there.

So with the gentle guidance and persuasion of Mia this little old lady was guided to the light where she could be with her family, within two weeks the property sold.
