Haunting Number Five

A property conversion from a mental institution into apartments.

A property conversion from a mental institution into apartments.  I was already working with the owner, who then asked me to call in to “cleanse” the apartment where she lived with her partner.

Upon entering, I could feel and sense that the patients were still present in the energy of the building.

The difficult part when working with energy is that it has to be isolated in order to be effective when there are many adjoining properties.

The architectural aspect was truly stunning, although the occupier complained of the cold water tap being turned on, when Severn Trent could report nothing to suggest there was a problem, the key to the bell tower would go missing, and noises could be heard throughout the property.

After months of working with this property, and having to go back in on several occasions, finally I was able to get head way.

In spiritual terms these “energies” thought that this development was still there home, and would therefore continue to move around it and do the everyday things they would have done when they “lived” there.

I knew that because of the amount of energy that I was dealing with it would take more than one “shot” at it.  And it was on a final visit when it came to me.  The inner thought was tell them they can go “home” I realised then and the light switch went on.  So I gathered as much of the energy into one room and said exactly that to them.  And both myself and the occupier felt “something” move through us a lightening speed, and it continued for a couple of minutes.  It was like the wind blowing through your physical self and out the other side.

It was a truly amazing experience to have, at this stage I felt that the job was finally complete to the best I could achieve without doing all of the properties I could not say that it has been totally cleared.

The people who live in the properties have said that those who want to move house find it very difficult to sell the properties, and I can assure anyone that it most definitely not because of the architectural aspect or internal decoration but just pure energy that remains from the years when the mental institution was there where it was “home” to hundreds if not thousands of people over a very long period of time.
